We are exhibitors and hobby breeders of Cocker Spaniels situated on the fringes of the Lake District National Park and near Whitehaven harbour. We have owned and loved Cocker Spaniels since 1999. In 2004 we decided to enter a small companion show with our chocolate roan boy, Charlie, and after that we were bitten by the show bug. Charlie showed until he was 12 years old, winning a host of Best Veteran titles. Our dogs compete at open & championship show level and have had great success in the ring. Ivy was Best in Show twice in 2018; Daisy was the best veteran bitch in the country in 2019; we've had Reserve Best in Show several times, with Georgia in 2013, Teddy in 2014, Lily in 2017 and Rosie in 2019; we've had Best Puppy in Show a few times.
All our dogs are fully health tested as we firmly believe in breeding healthy, quality, puppies; however we only breed when we'd like a new show puppy ourselves. However, our next litters are planned for 2022.
Our dogs live in the home and are pets that also happen to show. They like nothing better than chasing a ball on the beach or having a good run in the nearby forests.
